Roasted butternut squash, marinated feta and black olive salad

Chicken liver pate, with rustic bread and raspberry and balsamic reduction

Beetroot and vodka house-cured salmon with rye bread, pickled cucumber and horseradish crème freche

Mains
Christmas dinner of roast guinea fowl, roast potatoes and parsnips, stuffing, green beans and home-made cranberry jam

Lamb shank braised with red wine and juniper, served with celeriac mash and calvo nero

(v) porcini mushroom and nut roast, with glazed carrots & parsnips, roast potatoes, stuffing, spiced red cabbage with apple, veggie gravy, and home-made cranberry jam

Monkfish, prawn and squid tangine with olive and herbed cous cous
