What times do you open?
| We open from noon Mon - Fri and from 5pm on Saturday.

| What times do you close? | midnight Mon - Weds, 2am Thurs, 4am Fri and Sat

| Are you open on Sundays? | We are licensed to open from noon til midnight, but at the moment only open for party bookings or special events |

| Are you open for lunch and dinner? | Yes we open from noon Monday to Friday for lunch and the kitchen closes at 9.30pm

(e.g. nut allergy), can you help? | Yes email us, with a little notice, we can prepare something suitable for your guest |
| Can we get snacks after the kitchen is closed? | Yes, we normally have a bar tender who is trained to prepare most snacks when the kitchen is closed |

| Yes we can provide canapés, platters or buffets designed to suit your taste or budget |
| What do I do if I want party food but don't see what I want on the menu? | Email us and let us know what you'd like, we will do our best to accommodate your taste and budget |
| What do I do if I want my own menu for a special occasion? | Email us and let us know what you'd like, we have prepared Burns Suppers, Wedding Meals etc. and are happy to accommodate you |

| What are your drinks prices like? | We try to be competitive on drinks prices with other bars in Central London, have a look at our drinks menu |
Do you do any drinks promotions?
| We have happy hours on selected beers, wines and cocktails every Monday

| I'd like a specific drink for my guest which isn't on your list, is this possible? | Yes, email us and let us know what you'd like. We've supplied kegs of real ale for rugby fans, special cocktails for parties etc. we just need a little notice

| What type of music do you play at weekends? | We generally have different good time party music on at weekends, with different DJs on rotation check our listings |
| Can I make specific music requests for DJS? | Yes we encourage people to email their music prefernce, there's a section on the booking form for this |
| Do you show Sporting Events like football or rugby? | Yes we show football, rugby and if there are requests for other sports, we're happy to accommodate where we can |
| Our company would like to have our own quiz night in your upstairs bar, is that possible? | Yes, we've done that many times |
| We'd like to put on a speed-dating event for charity, is that possible? | Yes, we've done that many times |

| I'd like to use the whole venue for an exclusive private / corporate party, is this possible? | Yes it's possible, we will ask for a minimum spend if you want to use the whole venue exclusively. |

| How big is Charterhouse / what's your capacity? | Charterhouse is set over two floors, (upstairs and downstairs) and can accommodate parties of any size up to 200 with 100 people on each floor. |

| Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my booking? | Yes we ask for a £50 'no show' deposit which is returned on arrival or which you can use for food or drinks |
| Can I have the Top Bar exclusive all night? | Yes through mid week, but on Fri and Sat we normally only offer exclusivity until 10pm, however if you have a large party, we can consider it…email us. |
| Can I bring my own DJ or supply my own iPod with playlist? | Yes through mid week, but on Fri and Sat we usually have DJs booked. If you have a large party, we can consider it…email us. |
| I don't want to pre-order food, can I have a drinks-only party where guests can order food if they want it? | Yes, that's fine. |
| Can I reserve a seated or standing area? | Yes, either are fine.

| Do you have lighting? | We have a mirror ball, solar 250 and some moving lights

| Do you have a microphone? | We have a Seinheiser 600 and a boom stand

| Do you have Projector Screens? | Yes on both floors

| Can I plug in a laptop for my DJ set or visual presentation? | Yes, we also have a desk top in the DJ booth
